Human Factors
For over 30 years, the importance of good pilot judgment, or aeronautical decision-making (ADM), has been recognized as critical to the safe operation of aircraft, as well as accident avoidance. The airline industry, motivated by the need to reduce accidents caused by human factors, developed the first training program based on improving ADM. In this course, ECFLIGHT will guide you in the understanding of the most basic aspects of ADM in order to achieve the ultimate goal of all flight crews, which is to make good decisions.
Course Objectives
- Learn about the models used under ADM and SRM
- Understand the risk management process and the acronyms used to identify risks.
